Da li ćemo slušati više domaće muzike?

Pokrenuta inicijativa da domaći emiteri moraju da emituju minimum 50% muzičkog programa domaće proizvodnje

 

U cilju unapređenja domaće muzičke scene i očuvanja srpske muzičke baštine Unija diskografa Srbije (UDS) podnela je Vladi Republike Srbije predlog za ulaganje amandmana na predlog zakona o izmenama i dopunama zakona o autorskim i srodnim pravima.

Naime, od državnih organa zahteva se da po uzoru na mnoge druge razvijene zemlje, ali i države u regionu propiše da domaći emiteri od ukupnog godišnjeg emitovanja muzičkog programa moraju da emituju minimum 50% muzičkog programa domaće proizvodnje.

Mnoge druge zemlje na ovaj način štite nacionalnu muzičku baštinu, ali i pomažu svojim autorima, interpretatorima, proizvođačima fonograma i svim korisnicima da veća sredstva ulože u nove projekte.

Iza ove inicijative staće sve kolektivne organizacije za zaštitu autorskih i srodnih prava, strukovna muzička udruženja, kao i svi domaći muzičari, a ulaganjem amandmana bio bi učinjen veliki korak u pomoći za spas srpske muzičke scene.
