Dan uoči najvažnijeg filmskog događaja u svetu, Oskara, dodeljuju se nagrade za najgora ostvarenja i glumce u protekloj godini.
U 2016. godini videli smo neke stvarno loše filmove, koji su, uprkos negativnim kritikama, zaradili brdo novca na blagajnama. Tu pre svega mislimo na Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, koji je osvojio četiri Zlatne maline, uključujući i onu za najgori filmski duo, koja je pripala Ben Afflecku i Henry Cavillu.

Režiser, scenarista i glavni glumac u ovom ostvarenju Dinesh D’Souza obratio se video linkom i zahvalio se na nagradi. „To što ste me vi proglasili najgorim je apsolutno fantastično. Moja publika obožava to što me mrzite. Hvala vam“, izjavio je on.
