Dijeta Marije Šerifović: Tri kilograma manje za nedelju dana

Marija Šerifović je u svom posljednjem Jutjub videu otkrila da je za nedelju dana smršala skoro tri kilograma zahvaljujući planu ishrane koji je za nju napravila nutricionistkinja.

Marijina dijeta zasniva se uglavnom na salatama, mladom siru, tunjevini i belom mesu.

“Ovo je plan ishrane koji odgovara mojoj kilaži i krvnoj grupi, a svako treba za sebe da pronađe odgovarajući plan. To nikako ne biste trebali da kopirate jer je plan napravljen prema mojim merama i krvnoj slici, prvenstveno. Copy-paste može biti koban.“ objasnila je.

„Sedam dana ću se zdravo hraniti. Nadam se da neću prekršiti dijetu. Zeleni čaj je obavezan. To je nešto s čime započinjem dan”, otkrila je ona.

Iako je u videu otkrila da je u nekim trenucima osećala glad, Marija je ipak uspela da se do kraja drži plana nutricionistkinje, te izgubila 2.8 kilograma.
