Zašto je VEOMA važno da leti pijete mnogo vode?

Kako su temperature proteklih dana u našoj zemlji dostizale skoro do 40-og podeoka, mnogi su spas od vrućine potražili pored reka i jezera, oni malo srećniji na obalama mora, ali pomogao je i stari, dobri tuš.

Pa zašto je voda toliko važna za naš organizam i zašto je apsolutno neophodno da tokom letnjih meseci pijemo veće količine vode i sa sobom uvek nosimo bočice ove dragocene tečnosti?

Voda čini oko dve trećine težine našeg tela. Bez nje ne možemo da izdržimo duže od nekoliko dana, a iz organizma se gubi putem bubrega, disanjem, preko creva, putem kože. U vrelim letnjim danima znojenjem se gubi i do 1,3 litara vode dnevno. Neophodna je za regulaciju telesne temperature, održavanje elastičnosti zglobova, očuvanje kičmene moždine i drugih osetljivih tkiva.
