Kako da ostanete normalni dok menjate način ishrane?

Dragana Zmijanac je mama jednog Vuka, polumaratonka, ljubiteljka dobre hrane koja usavršava žongliranje između posla, porodice, sporta, mode, putovanja i strastvenog braka. Trudi se da hrabro govori “ne” svemu što se ne uklapa u njenu viziju spektakularnog života, a od skora je kolumnista našeg portala Savršena!

Evo šta piše u svojoj prvoj kolumni, u kojoj pokušava da vam odgonetne tajnu – kako da ostanete normalni dok menjate način ishrane?

Ljudi često kada menjaju ishranu idu iz krajnosti u krajnost. Sve počinje postepenim izbacivanjem stvari iz ishrane, a završava se grižom savesti jer smo pojeli lešnik. Hrana postaje deo našeg identiteta, a prava promena je u izboru misli, ne u izboru namirnica.

“Odlično! Sad mogu da jedem šta god mi padne na pamet i neću se ugojiti, dok god redovno treniram”, mislila sam zaludno kada sam prvi put u životu počinjala da trčim i bavim se kros fitom. Onda sam shvatila tužnu istinu. Treba da trčim puna dva sata da bih potrošila jednu čokoladicu. Tako je počelo moje putovanje ka dobroj ishrani.

Zovem to “dobrom ishranom”, ne “dijetom” ili “zdravom ishranom”.
