Jutarnja banana dijeta je hit u svetu: evo zašto

Japanska jutarnja banana dijeta je kreacija Sumiko i Hitošija Vatanabea, koji imaju pozadinu u farmaceutskom i medicinskom obrazovanju. Do dijete su došli sasvim slučajno, a nakon što su je objavili, postala je pravi hit u svetu.

Osnovno pravilo ove dijete je da za doručak jedete banane uz čašu vode na sobnoj temperaturi.

U osnovi ove dijete je doručak koji se sastoji samo od banana i čašu do dve mlake vode. Za doručak treba da da pojedete negde između jedne i četiri banane svako jutro.

Ostali obroci u danu treba da budu zdravi, lagani i regulisani, ali ne postoje posebna pravila šta i koliko treba da se jede.

Originalna banana dijeta drži sedam ili 12 dana. Dijeta s bananama i vodom zahteva da je jedino piće koje konzumirate upravo mlaka voda. Tu i tamo možete da popijete čaj ili kafu, ali to se kod ove dijete ne preporučuje.

Poslednji obrok treba da vam bude četiri sata pre spavanja, treba da spavate bar osam sati, a na počinak da idete najkasnije u ponoć.

Tokom ove dijete, maksimalno ograničite alkohol, kafu i duvan, a deserti su zabranjeni.
