Ana Ivanović vežba sedam dana po porođaju

Iako je pre samo sedam dana na svet donela dečaka Luku, Ana Ivanović posvećena je tome da i dalje živi pre svega zdravim životom – a to podrazumeva i stalno vežbanje.

Srpska teniserka objavila je na Instagramu dve fotografije, a sudeći po njima, ona se brzo po porođaju vratila u formu. Ovo je izazvalo oduševljenje jednog dela njenih fanova.

„Polako se vraćam u svoj ritam. Srećna nedelja,“ napisala je Ana uz fotografije na kojima se vidi kako vežba jogu.

Ipak, bilo je mnogih koji su joj zamerili što je odmah počela sa vežbanjem, uz komentar da je ipak trebalo da sačeka nekoliko meseci.

Naučnici kažu da Ana ne radi ništa loše. Kako piše fitt.rs, žene koje su se porodile prirodnim putem mogu se vratiti vežbanju već nakon nedelju dana, ako je bio u pitanju carski rez, onda je potrebno malo više vremena za oporavak i to će vas najbolje posavetovati vaš lekar… Kada je u pitanju intenzivna fizička aktivnost, onda bi trebalo da se sačeka jedno 5-6 nedelja.
