Proleće je vreme za nove početke

 

U proleće se budi priroda, pa tako ljudi, kao deo velikog eko sistema na planeti Zemlji. Ipak, kada ste u urbanoj sredini, velikoj metropoli manje dodira imate sa prirodom.

U slučaju da pak, niste ispunjeni i želite nešto drastično da promenite, proleće je idealno vreme jer ćete se uklopiti sa prirodom, a prirodan je uvek najbolji način da se bilo šta uradi. Ako znate šta biste promenili, a niste imali hrabrosti do sada, izvolite na delo. Ukoliko ne znate šta biste radili, ali niste srećni u sadašnjoj situaciji, menjajte što više stvari.

Na primer, ako do sada niste mnogo izlazili noću, krenite u provod, a ako jeste živite malo mirnijim tokom i pronađite zadovoljstvo u nečemu drugom. Ako ste do sada išli na pilates, počnite da trenirate boks. Ukoliko ste nervozni svakodnevno, probajte meditaciju. Ili ako vas već duže vreme mnogo nervira, na primer, prozor u vašoj kuhinji, prefarbajte ga u svoju omiljenu boju i ukrasite cvećem. Razmislite o svakoj stvarčici koja vam „zagorčava“ život i popravite je, ofarbajte ili izbacite. A veće promene, poput menjanja posla, partnera i životnog stanovišta morate donositi sami, ali možemo vam preporučiti proleće kao idealno godišnje doba za takve poduhvate.
