Sud promenio odluku: Severini vraćaju sina

Privremena sudska mera po kojoj petogodišnji Aleksandar, sin pevačice Severine Kojić i biznismena Milana Popovića, po nedelju dana provodi kod oba roditelja, ukinuta je.

Kako piše Slobodna Dalmacija, a prenose Novosti, prema toj odluci, dečak je u julu i avgustu trebalo da provede samo nedelju dana sa majkom, a ostatak vremena sa srpskim milijarderom u Beogradu. Odluku Županijskog suda u Splitu, kojom je prihvaćena žalba Severine Kojić, potvrdio je portparol suda Damir Romac:

„Predmet je bio na odlučivanju u našem sudu i odluka je doneta. Predmet je vraćen Opštinskom građanskom sudu Zagrebu.,“ kazao je on.

Okosnica rešenja je u tome da ne žele da potvrde privremenu meru zbog interesa deteta. Oni ne dovode u pitanje nepristrasnost Opštinskog građanskog suda u Zagrebu, koji je izrekao privremenu meru, nego ističu da jekod njih u toku postupak prema tužbi Milana Popovića, kojom se odlučuje o izmeni prvobitne odluke da njegov sin živi s majkom.

Ni Severina ni Popović nisu se oglasili još uvek.
