Kaja smršala deset kilograma!

Pevačica Katarina, nekada Ostojić, sada Duvnjak proteklih mesec dana smršala je čak 10 kilograma i to kako sama kaže bez ikakvih preparata za redukovanje telesne težine.

Kaja je uradila najpametniju stvar i počela je sa svakodnevno fizičkom aktivnošću uz promenjen način ishrane.

Evo šta kaže popularna Kaja:

„Nikada nisam bila osoba koja je sklona treniranju. Ipak, pošto sam udata za sportistu, on je u jednom periodu pokušavao da me aktivira u tom smislu. Gotovo svakog jutra me je vodio na trčanje. Kada je otputovao, to sam potpuno batalila.“

Što se tiče ishrane potpuno je izbacila slatkiše, što kaže da nije bilo jednostavno, a pored toga izbegavala je da večera kasno uveče. Takođe je redukovala unos belog brašna u svoj organizam, pa je tako beli hleb zamenila crnim.

Sada izgleda odlično, zar ne?
